We publish detailed measurements in centimetres as soon as we have measured the finished pieces. Until then we are glad to help you choose if you write to us.

The LÁKRIS SUEDE BAG has no size; you choose only the shade.

Yes. The LÁKRIS LEGGINGS and the LÁKRIS SPORTS BRA can be bought individually, or together as the LÁKRIS SET – LEGGINGS + SPORTS BRA.

Yes. The fabric is opaque, firm and close-fitting, so it covers through a workout too.

Yes, the pads come out.

Countries we currently deliver to: Croatia.

You choose the delivery country at checkout. Only the countries listed here are offered there, and for each one you see which delivery options are available. We do not deliver outside the European Union, so customs and import duties do not arise.

Delivery options: BOX NOW parcel locker. Which of them are available for your country is shown at checkout, once you have chosen it.

We are introducing further delivery options gradually and publish them on Delivery and payment.

At checkout, on the official BOX NOW map. You see the locker you chose in the order summary before you confirm, and you can change it right up until dispatch.

Currently available: Card payment, Bank transfer.

Card payment goes through Stripe, which alongside cards offers Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link where your device supports them. The list of payment methods that applies to your order is always the one shown on the Delivery and payment page and at checkout.

You see the delivery price before confirming the order, at checkout. The delivery cost is not included in the item price.

We write to you by email at every step of the order, to the address on it: when we receive it, when we prepare it and when we send it.

You can also check the status yourself on Order status.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days.

Once the parcel has been handed to the chosen carrier, the actual delivery time may depend on the carrier’s operations. If a delay occurs, write to us and we will check the status of the parcel with the carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to tell us you are withdrawing from the contract, on the conditions described on Returns and complaints.

For a return because you changed your mind or want a different size, the direct cost of sending the goods back is yours. For a justified complaint about a fault or a mistake on our side, that cost is ours.

We do not currently exchange sizes directly. You return the item you ordered and order the size you want again.

The cost of returning it is then the same as when you change your mind, as described on Returns and complaints.
