Where we deliver
Countries we currently deliver to: Croatia.
You choose the delivery country at checkout. Only the countries listed here are offered there, and for each one you see which delivery options are available. We do not deliver outside the European Union, so customs and import duties do not arise.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days.
The clock starts from the order confirmation, or from the recorded payment in the case of a bank transfer. We tell you by email, at the address on the order, about any change to that time.
BOX NOW parcel locker
If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, you pick the specific locker at checkout on the official BOX NOW map. You see the locker you chose in the order summary before you confirm, and you can change it right up until the order is sent.
Payment options
The list below is the payment options genuinely available at checkout. If a payment option is not listed here, we do not offer it at the moment.
- Card payment. Visa and Mastercard. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link where your device supports them.
- Bank transfer. Payment to our account, following the details we send by email. We send the payment details by email as soon as your order is received. Your order is prepared once the payment reaches our account.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include value added tax. The price that applies to an order is the one shown at the moment the order is confirmed.
Card payment
Card payment goes through Stripe. Alongside Visa and Mastercard, Stripe offers Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link where the buyer’s device and browser support them. Card details are entered at Stripe and never pass through our shop.
Invoice
We issue an invoice for every order and send it by email. If you are buying for a company, enter the company name and OIB at checkout and we will issue an R1 invoice.
